How to order Fanuc EIP

All Fanuc Robot interfaces are purchased by ET through DMTA

Fanuc require the same paperwork that Fanuc does before they can forward the order to Fanuc

DMTA WILL HOLD ORDER UNTIL ALL HAVE BEEN RECEIVED. NO EXCEPTIONS:

The Model and serial number of the machine tool that the Fanuc options are being installed on/interfaced with

The Fanuc Production of Arms form—most people refer to it as the Military questionnaire or MQF . See attached form blank (Option ProdofArms form) and form filled out as an example (Fanuc Military form HPI DNM 5700.

The data sheet from the machine that the I/F is going to be installed (See example of this data sheet). In a new machine it is usually packed in one of the boxes that arrives with the machine. If not available it can be downloaded from the machine.

A download of the ladder if a ladder mod is being ordered from DMTA or Fanuc.

If ordering Fanuc I/F for a machine/cobot that is owned by Ellison (it is our inventory or on consignment to us), the ordering is initiated with David Gross in Inventory. He will need the Fanuc required paperwork to order from DMTA who will forward to Fanuc.

If ordering Fanuc I/f for a machine/cobot that has been purchased by a customer, the ordering is initiated with the local office sales advocate who will need the Fanuc required paperwork to work through ET Corp Purchasing to get the order to DMTA who will forward to Fanuc.

If ordering Fanuc I/F for a machine/cobot that is a customer’s existing machine or cobot, the order processing would start with the ET Parts department (etparts@ellisontehnologies.com) who will need the Fanuc required paperwork to work through DMTA who will forward to Fanuc.

They do not have to be listed out on the purchase order

But there are some that are additional that you have to order separately.
